Registration for 2026 Season:
Registration for the 2026 season is open now until midnight on April 5th. click below to register:
If you are new to the team, registration will seem ULTRA confusing at first (it’s confusing to even some of the seasoned team members!) mostly because there really are TWO registrations and a “To-Do” item:
The first registration is registering for our team (the Cavemen team) using the link above. This MUST be completed by midnight on April 5th. If you are a High School rider - both new and returning - please also fill out the Rider Placement Survey (linked above).
The next thing you need to do is the “To-Do” item, which is to go to the Team Store and place your order for your “Kit” for this year. All racers need to race in our team kit. The basic kit includes a jersey, shorts, and socks. Kit orders also MUST be completed by midnight on April 5th.
The second registration (and last thing to complete) is to register for the league (which will be through Pitzone) and will open on March 29th. Within a few days of our team registration closing, you will receive a Pitzone invitation email to register for the league. You can use the links and instruction in that email to register with the league. The league registration MUST be complete by May 30. The season officially starts June 1st.
For instructions on how to register in Pitzone, the league has created a Pitzone Registration Guide.
Refunds. There are three fees associated with the season; the team fees (which you pay as part of the TeamSnap registration, link above); the league fees (which are paid when you register in the league “pit zone”); and your Race Kit (swag) which is paid directly through our Volt Team store. This fee covers the cost of the race kits (uniform) for the riders. If the season is cancelled for some unforseen reason, a pro rated refund of team fees will be processed and sent to you depending on where we are with the season. However, if the season is canceled after kits have been ordered you will receive the race kit and the prorated portion of team fees but not be reimbursed for your race kits and gear. If the season is cancelled after the payment of the Pit Zone (league) fees, the league will refund those fees as well. (see the refund policy on the league website)
