Challenge #4: You Are What You Eat!
Description: If you eat too much junk then guess what… you won’t perform at your best. So the challenge this week is to eat a little more healthy. You’re going to have to work at this one… the challenge is to eat at least 1 cup of vegetables EVERY day. Vegetables are things like carrots, broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, cauliflower, or a green salad -- sorry, NO potatoes (that means french fries too). Pretty simple; what vegetables you eat is up to you, just mix and match to make 1 cup. You can do it!
